Case studies
Proof, not promises.
Real systems we’ve designed, built, and shipped — for clients, and for ourselves.
Ecommerce · Booking · Reviews
Skyexplore

A flight-experience brand needed to sell and book panoramic tours online — not just a brochure. We built the booking flow, an ecommerce storefront, and wired in integrated review collection.
- Online reservations + storefront in one platform
- Integrated 5-star review collection (431 reviews, 5.0 rating)
- Live customer-facing site, running in production
Problem
A brochure site that could not take a booking or a payment.
What we built
One platform carrying reservations, the storefront and review collection.
Outcome
431 reviews at a 5.0 rating, running in production.
Product · Offline-native · Aviation
TailLedger

Our own venture — proof of how deep we build. An offline-native, audit-ready aircraft-maintenance platform that replaces lost paper logbooks with cryptographically verifiable records.
- Works offline-first, syncs when connected (PWA)
- Hash-chained records for legal finality
- Built on React/TS, Firestore, and Gemini AI
Problem
Aircraft maintenance records kept on paper logbooks that get lost.
What we built
An offline-first platform with hash-chained, verifiable records.
Outcome
Maintenance history that holds up to an audit.
Ecommerce · Aviation parts · Shopify
Alkom Aircraft

An aviation-parts supplier needed more than a phone line and a price list. We built a Shopify storefront carrying the branded inventory pilots and maintenance shops actually search for — in Spanish, priced in pesos, shipping to Mexico and the US.
- Branded parts catalogue — Champion, AeroShell and more, priced by variant
- Product comparison and time-limited promotions built into the storefront
- Customer review collection running on the live store
Problem
Branded parts are searched by name and number — a storefront either carries the catalogue or loses the buyer.
What we built
A Spanish-language Shopify storefront with a branded parts catalogue and reviews.
Outcome
Live in production, shipping to two countries in one currency.
Ecommerce · HVAC · Quote-first catalogue
Airemercado

A wholesale HVAC distributor whose buyers do not use a cart — they ask for a quote. We rebuilt the storefront as a catalogue without prices, where every product opens a WhatsApp enquiry: the buyer gets a number, and the sales team gets a lead.
- Full equipment catalogue — minisplits, VRF, chilled water, ventilation
- Every product opens a WhatsApp quote request instead of a checkout
- Brand lines including Daikin, Hisense, Samsung, Trane and S&P
Problem
Wholesale equipment is quoted, not carted — a standard storefront asked the wrong question.
What we built
A catalogue without prices, where every product opens a WhatsApp quote request.
Outcome
Live in production, carrying the full brand catalogue with no cart to maintain.
